换单服务 Switch B/L

什么是换单? What Is a Bill of Lading Exchange?

进口货物无论海运整箱或拼箱，或空运，到达目的港后，都需要首先完成换单。 我们将代表收货方，凭发货方的提单(B/L, BILL OF LADING) 去船公司(或其代理人)指定换单处换取正本提货单(D/O, DELIVERY ORDER)。 进口商或其代理人持有正本提货单才能进行正式清关和提取货物。 Regardless of whether the shipment arrives by full container load (FCL), less-than-container load (LCL), or air freight, a Bill of Lading exchange must first be completed at the destination port. Acting on behalf of the consignee, we present the original Bill of Lading (B/L) to the shipping line (or its authorized agent) in exchange for the original Delivery Order (D/O). The importer or its authorized agent must obtain the Delivery Order before proceeding with customs clearance and cargo pickup.

所需材料 Required Documents

1、正本提单换单：收货人需提供完整有效的正本提单并背书。 副本提单（电放或SEAWAY）换单：提供副本提单并背书， 提供收货人盖章保函，同时目的港船公司需收到起运港电放信息。 2、换单委托书：根据提单号、船名航次等信息，于船到港前3-5日下载换单委托书。 1. Original Bill of Lading exchange: The consignee must provide the complete set of original Bills of Lading properly endorsed. For telex release or Seaway Bill shipments, a copy of the Bill of Lading, an endorsed guarantee letter from the consignee, and confirmation of telex release from the port of loading are all required. 2. Letter of Authorization: Based on the B/L number, vessel name, and voyage details, the exchange authorization form should be obtained from the shipping line prior to vessel arrival.

费用支付 Payment of Charges

换单前需支付相关费用，如换单费、文件费、箱单费、THC、 海运费等。收货人可自行查询并支付费用， 并提供付款凭证给换单单位安排换单。 Relevant charges must be settled prior to the B/L exchange, including exchange fees, documentation fees, terminal handling charges (THC), ocean freight, and other applicable costs. The consignee may verify and pay these charges directly and provide proof of payment for processing.

开箱单 Equipment Interchange Receipt (EIR)

海运整箱完成换单后，需要申请集装箱设备交接单。 港区提箱及还箱均需使用该交接单，目前可选择纸质或电子形式。 After completing the B/L exchange for FCL shipments, an Equipment Interchange Receipt (EIR) must be obtained. This document is required for container pickup and return. Electronic and paper formats are available.

港区费用结算 Terminal Charges Settlement

海运整箱货物放行后，提箱前需支付港区相关费用。 After cargo release, terminal-related charges must be settled before container pickup at the port.

二次换单（代理换单） Secondary B/L Exchange (Agent Handling)

若发货人通过代理订舱并取得HBL（HOUSE BILL OF LADING）， 收货人需先向代理换取MBL（MASTER BILL OF LADING）， 再进行后续操作。此过程需向代理支付相关费用。 If the shipment was booked through a freight forwarder and issued with a House Bill of Lading (HBL), the consignee must first exchange it for the Master Bill of Lading (MBL) before proceeding with further formalities. Applicable agent exchange fees may apply.
